Bio
Isabella Blanco was born in Morristown, New Jersey, but currently resides in Sussex, New Jersey and works in Madison, New Jersey. She graduated in 2024 from Drew University with a bachelor’s degree in Studio Art, Psychology, and Photography. In May of 2024, she was a recipient of the Carolyn and Bill Knox Purchase Prize where two of her works were purchased for their collection at Drew University. Over the summer of 2023, she received an Experiential Learning Award and attended Ox-Bow School of Art for a two week course called Ritual Embrace. In the spring of 2022, she received the Elizabeth P. Korn Scholarship for Exceptional Potential in the Arts. Recent shows include the Senior Exhibition in the Korn Gallery at Drew University held in late May 2024.
